Bookings
It is becoming increasingly worthwhile to book in advance!
Important note
Please bear in mind that many airlines now require passengers' names 90 days
prior to any flights. After this deadline, any unfilled seats within the group
booking are removed from the booking and can therefore become markedly
more expensive. This means that whoever wants to make a booking after expiry
of the deadline will be facing substantially higher costs for the flights.
Registration period / Early bird discount EBD
As noted by our conditions of travel, a person is considered registered once
the actual detailed registration form has been received by us. In order to qualify
for the Early bird discount, the required deposit must show in our account by
the noted deadline. This is important because an Early bird discount is tied up
with the booking and payment of flight tickets or accomodation costs.
If the deposit has not reached our account by the required date,
we cannot offer the Early bird discount, due to the afore mentioned reasons.
Number of Participants
Depending on type of trip and destination, the minimum number of participants
ranges from 6 to 8, sometimes even 10 (for smaller groups a surcharge will apply).
A maximum of 10-12 participants
Larger groups only on application and in cases of organisations/closed groups

We charge a flat booking fee of SFr 50 per person. *
*This is a non-refundable fee.

For Bookings outside of our timeframes
(i.e. earlier outbound flight or later return flight) we charge a fee
of SFr 60 per participant to cover expenses.
Any potential further surcharges as set by the airlines will need to
be paid for as well.

Registration

You have two options to register:
1. Download the pdf-Registration form on to your computer, print it out and
then either fax it to us or send it to us in the mail. Registration by fax is binding.

2. You can, of course, contact us by telephone, by email or by fax. We will
then send you a registration form. You can contact us by phone Monday to
Friday 1.30pm to 5pm.

Once we have received the deposit you will be sent detailed information on
the trip and travel information. We register you once we have received the
registration form (telephone, mail, fax or email).
