Travel Organiser for 2008
Dionys Moser
This 15-day trip will only be a Photographers' trip!
Dionys Moser will lead the party and will happily be available for photographic advice. He is familiar with Mongolia from numerous previous trips, in particular with South Gobi.
We will lead you to an as of yet unspoilt and amazing area of natural beauty in Mongolia, not yet discovered by tourism, in the awesome setting of the Gobi Desert!
All this makes us stand out from the crowd of usual trips offered.
We guarantee you will have a unique trip.

Both types of trips visit the same areas!
Important
Trips to the People's Republic of Mongolia do not come cheap! Travel expenses can be markedly inflated due to sometimes very high import costs of all-wheel drive vehicles and items of daily use.
A trip like this can only become feasible if undertaken as a group. To undertake a trip like this in this area as an individual traveler would be unaffordable!
The trip offered is an Expedition-style Photographer's trip to the uninhabited areas of the Gobi Desert. Relevant logistical preparation and knowledge of the terrain are important since we will be visiting very remote areas.
Mongolia is after all still a developing country!
There are only about 300 km of tar sealed road, with passability of the remaining roads depending on rain and weather conditions. Extensions to the existing tar sealed road network are only progressing very slowly.
We will be accompanied by people who have excellent knowledge of the area and of the various cultural characteristics of its people.
Remember that you will traveling across roughly 1300 km of slopes and terrain on this trip! Some terrain is not easily passable, which means that at times our progress will be slow.
The journey will have expedition character!
